All garments offered on alexandrebyun.com are created with exceptional craftsmanship.
Because each piece is produced in limited quantities, availability may vary and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.
Made-to-Order Production
Most garments are made-to-order and crafted individually for each client.
Production generally requires up to 6–8 weeks from order confirmation before dispatch.
This timeframe is an estimate only and does not constitute a contractual delivery date.
Minor variations may occur due to artisanal processes and fabric characteristics.
4. ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our sole discretion.
An order is considered confirmed once payment has been received in full.
5. CANCELLATION & WITHDRAWAL RIGHTS
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (Regulation 28 (1)(b)), the statutory 14-day cancellation right does not apply to goods that are made-to-order, bespoke, or clearly personalised.
Accordingly:
- Once a made-to-order purchase is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or withdrawn, as materials and production begin immediately.
- By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that your item is exempt from the standard consumer right of cancellation.
6. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Our complete Refund Policy, available here (link your Refund Policy page), forms part of these Terms.
In summary:
- Made-to-order garments – all sales final.
- Non-custom items – returns accepted only under the conditions stated in the Refund Policy.
We may, at our discretion, repair or replace defective items proven to result from a manufacturing fault.
7. PRICES & PAYMENT
All prices are shown in GBP (£) inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Payment is taken at the time of order placement through approved secure processors.
We reserve the right to modify prices without notice.
8. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Made-to-order garments require up to 6–8 weeks for production before dispatch.
Once completed, items are shipped via DHL Express.
Typical courier transit times:
- United Kingdom – 1-2 business days
- Europe / International – 3-7 business days
Delivery times refer to courier transit only.
Customs duties, import taxes or fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not liable for delays outside our control (customs, strikes, or courier issues).
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials on this Site – including images, text, logos, trademarks and designs – are the exclusive property of ALEXANDRE BYUN LTD or licensed rights holders.
Any reproduction or use without written permission is strictly prohibited.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or business interruption, arising from your use of this Site or purchase of our products, except as required by law.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any dispute shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
