REFUND POLICY

 

At ALEXANDRE BYUN, every garment is created with intention, precision, and an uncompromising standard of excellence.

Each piece is produced individually to order, reflecting our commitment to conscious craftsmanship and a responsible, sustainable model.

Because every item is made especially for you, our policy differs from that of ready-to-wear labels.


MADE-TO-ORDER GARMENTS

 

All garments are made to order and produced exclusively for each client.

 

Once production has begun, we are unable to accept cancellations, returns, or size exchanges.

By confirming your purchase, you acknowledge and consent that your garment will be created specifically for you.

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, made-to-order pieces are exempt from the standard right of cancellation or refund due to their personalised nature.


ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS

 

You may request to modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that production has not yet begun.

After this period, all orders are considered confirmed and final, as materials and atelier time are allocated immediately to your garment.

 

We encourage you to consult our French size guide (36–42) or contact our atelier team for personalised fit assistance before placing your order.

Our team is available to ensure your selection is perfect prior to production.


PRODUCTION & DELIVERY TIMELINES

 

Each garment is produced individually and typically requires 6–8 weeks from order confirmation.

While we make every effort to meet the stated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to material availability or atelier scheduling.

In the rare event that production is significantly delayed beyond the stated period, you will be contacted and may choose to continue or request a full refund before dispatch.


FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

 

Every garment undergoes careful quality control before dispatch.

In the rare event that you receive an item that is damaged or not as described, please contact support@alexandrebyun.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

Once assessed, we will offer an appropriate repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

GOVERNING LAW

 

This policy and any related disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

All transactions are processed in GBP (£).
